Quds, October 07, SPA -- The Islamic School and Al- Aqsa School located inside the Blessed Mosque of Al Aqsa have been disturbed for the third day in a row as result of Israeli Occupation Army's arbitrary measures to prevent Palestinians from entering the gates leading to the Blessed Mosque of Al-Aqsa. The occupation authorities announced Monday night the continuing actions of arbitrary and oppressive procedures in the city of Al-Quds, justified by the pretext of maintaining security. The Israeli occupation forces have prevented residents of Al-Quds city from entering the Old City or the Blessed Mosque of Al-Aqsa for people under the age of fifty years, meanwhile, the Israeli Army deployed more enforced and intensive troops into roads; streets; neighborhoods; gates of the old town; and the area around the Blessed Mosque of Al-Aqsa and Al Buraq Wall (Wailing Wall). More over, the Palestinian residents are now subjected to humiliating full inspection of identities at Israeli military checkpoints on the main entrances to Al-Quds city. The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) said that the Old City of Al-Quds and its environs are now subject to Israeli military abnormal measures that bring to the memory the day occupation of the city in 1967. These unjustified measures affect commercial movement to a standstill point because of prevention measures at the main gates of the City, as many people preferred to close their shops because of the poor conditions.
