The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel of the Federal Republic of Germany on the occasion of her victory in the parliamentary elections.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King wished the German Chancellor permanent good health and happiness and her people steady progress and prosperity, lauding the close relations binding the two countries and peoples, stressing his keenness on their development in all fields.
