The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Col. Assoumani Azali of the Republic of Union of Comoros on the occasion of his country's independence day. In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the monarch wished the president continuous health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity. The King also lauded the current relations binding the two countries.
