Four people were killed and two injured on Saturday in two separate attacks in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul, police told the German Press Agency "DPA". Two policemen were fatally shot in a gun battle in the district of al-Tahrir, police there said. Earlier, an Iraqi soldier and a passerby were killed when a bomb exploded as an army patrol passed through the neighbourhood of al-Mithaq.
