The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet's session held at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah this evening. At the outset of the meeting, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques congratulated the Saudi people and Arab and Islamic peoples in different countries of the world on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan which witnessed historical achievements in a number of Islamic nation countries and was selected by Allah the Almighty as a month of blessed days and nights, a night of which is better than one thousand months. The monarch called on all worshippers to perceive the meanings of this auspicious month, particularly the amicability, fraternity, cooperation, tolerance and exchange of mercy in its blessed days and nights following the teachings of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) and to hurry for embodying the meanings of fraternity and assistance and to overcome differences, disdain trifle acts and take the initiative to consider whatever contributes to the good and dignity of the nation and avail the opportunity of the advent of this holy month to call for self accountability. --More
