The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier, Defense and Aviation minister and Inspector General, have delivered a speech on the occasion of the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan. The speech was delivered through the information media by Minister of Culture and Information Iyad bin Ameen Madani. "Brothers and sisters of this beloved country, and sons of the Muslim nation every where. We receive the blessed month of Ramadan during which the Holy Quran was revealed to Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him). In this month, doors of mercy and forgiveness are open wide, and our hearts become hopeful that Allah Almighty will enable the Muslims to further unify their ranks and make them embody the Islamic values which link them as well as bring them closer to the true meanings of fraternity, cooperation and participation. While preparing ourselves for this blessed month, let us feel the importance of giving and sympathy with others and share with them their feelings. --More
