Iraq's health ministry has confirmed the country's first death from swine flu, as the deadly virus continues its spread across the region. Iraqi health ministry spokesman, Dr. Ihsan Jaafar, said Sunday a 21-year-old woman died from swine flu in the southern holy city of Najaf. He says she died Wednesday. He says there have been 67 cases of swine flu confirmed in Iraq, including 39 cases among American troops, according to a report of The Associated Press.
