The Saudi border guard has apprehended an Egyptian sea means after having been found practicing fishing in the Saudi territorial waters off the Red Sea coast of Shiaab Abu Saddain area, west of Al-Hissi District, it was reported today. Commander Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Ghareer, Information Spokesman of the Border Guard in Tabuk Region, said a Saudi naval patrol, an affiliate of the Border Guard, has detected a sea means fishing in the Saudi territorial waters. The nine-seamen boat was not carrying embargoed items, he said, adding that the Egyptian seamen and their sea means were apprehended with the seamen immediately transferred to Amlaj Sector where they are being investigated for violating the border security system.
