The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Electricity Inter-connection Authority will celebrate in Al-Khobar on Tuesday signing of the Agreement on Power Exchange and Trade between the GCC beneficiary states. The Chairman of the Authority's Board of Directors Yosef bin Ahmed Janahi pointed out that the Authority aims to be a reliable and competitive power provider to enhance the power market and to participate in building the vital economy of the GCC states. The GCC is comprised of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
