Shoura Council holds Session

Presided over by its Chairman Dr. Abdullah Al Asheikh, the Shoura Council held today its 35th session.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Council's Secretary General Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Ghamdi said that the Council resumed discussions of the annual report of the Ministry of Culture and Information for the fiscal year 1427/1428H proposed by the Committee for Media and Cultural Affairs.
After closely reviewing the report, the council recommended that it be held for further discussion during its next session.
Dr. Al Ghamdi added that the council also approved by majority vote the draft cooperation agreement between the Kingdom and Turkey proposed by the Committee for Social, Family and Youth Affairs.
