A delegation from The British Geological Society in London will visit the Faculty of Geology at King Abdulaziz University on July 4-6. During the visit, the delegation will review and assess the results of examinations of students as well as training at the Faculty which was granted international academic accreditation by the Society in May, 2008. It is noteworthy that the Society is the oldest one in the world.
