A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed here on Monday between Yemen and South Korea, under which the South Korean government presents a soft loan of $100 million to Yemen to be repaid over 40 years, Saba reported. The loan will be devoted for funding and equipping Dental College in Sana'a University and Collage of Engineering in Aden University and furnishing and equipping a number of hospitals and health centers in different governorates in addition to financing the execution of electric transmission lines from Hiswa to Khormaksar. The MoU was signed by Yemeni Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Abdul-Karim al-Arhabi and South Korean Ambassador to Yemen Won-ho Kwak.
