Arab Media Standing Committee holds session in Cairo

The 84th session of the Arab Media Standing Committee was held at the headquarters of Arab League here today.
The three-day session was presided over by the Chairman of the Committee Amin Bassiouni. Heads of Arab Media and Undersecretaries of Information Ministries of Arab States participated in this session.
The Kingdom's delegation to the session was led by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for Information Affairs Dr. Abdullah Al-Jasser.
The Committee will discuss new ways to enhance the role of Arab media in addressing the phenomenon of terrorism in addition to other issues pertaining to media.
