A Greek man who recently arrived in Athens from London has tested positive for swine flu, authorities said Wednesday. The 24-year-old Greek student is the country's sixth swine flu case, and the third to have arrived from Britain. Like most of the people who have caught the virus, the student appears to have a mild case of the disease, according to a report of Associated Press. Last month, two students fell ill with the virus after arriving in Greece from Scotland _ suggesting the virus is circulating more widely than British authorities admit. There are 675 reported swine flu cases in Britain. Britain's Health Protection Agency, which is coordinating the United Kingdom's response to swine flu, denies the virus is spreading widely. On Tuesday, the World Health Organization said it was «very close» to declaring the world's first flu pandemic in 41 years. As of Tuesday, WHO said there were 25,288 cases and 139 deaths in 173 countries.
