Gerai emphasized the importance of scientific conferences and symposiums on combating smoking, pointing out that the first Anti-Smoking Forum recently organized by the Association in cooperation with Anti-Smoking Program of Health Ministry has been one of the most successful forums attended by him, adding that its recommendations can be universally applied to combating smoking.
