Russian Foreign Minister leaves Beirut

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov left here today, concluding his two-day visit to Lebanon.
During the visit, the Russian Foreign Minister held talks with Lebanese President Michel Suleiman, Prime Minister Fouad Al-Siniora and Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri.
The talks focused on the current developments in the region, particularly the peace process in the Middle East. The bilateral relations between Lebanon and Russia were also discussed.
