The Kingdom's General Mufti and Chairman of Council of Senior Scholars and Department of Scholar Research and Ifta Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh has commended the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for patronizing the 1st National Conference for Intellectual Security to be organized by King Saud University, represented by Prince Naif Chair for Intellectual Security Studies in Riyadh next Sunday. In a statement on this occasion, Sheikh Abdulaziz said that the King's patronage of this conference comes as an extension of the approach pursued by the Saudi leadership in its adherence to the teachings of Islam and its keenness on preventing the youth of the Islamic nation from falling into the abyss of deviation and sedition. He pointed out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since its inception until the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has been patronizing the correct religious teachings based on the Holy Quran and Prophet's Sunnah (Tradition). The General Mufti commended Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, the Minister of Interior for founding this chair which deals with the issues of intellectual security, praised Prince Naif and described him as the first security man in the Kingdom for nearly forty years leading all security bodies and branches.
