The Ministry of Higher Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today explained that its offer to subsidize students on private post-graduate scholarships in British universities according to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques scholarships program is confined to students currently present in the British territories. In a statement, the Ministry said today that only Saudi students currently doing their masters, doctorate degrees or medical fellowships in British universities will benefit from the program not later than April 7, 2009. The ministry drew the attention to the fact that the two-days-ago deadline was designed to the interest of applicants as the vacancies in British higher educational institutions allocated for Saudi students were limited given the big number of applicants.
