Prince Miqrin bin Abdulaziz, Chief of General Intelligence, signed here today a framework agreement for consultative and scientific studies, research and services with King Saud University through the university's King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consultative Studies for a value of SR20 million. Prince Miqrin also signed the contract for establishing the Chair of Prince Miqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the Technologies of Information Security at King Saud University for SR5 million. The contract will be financed from the personal account of Prince Miqrin. Before the signing ceremony, Prince Miqrin toured the departments of the university including the Dean of the Preparatory Year, the colleges of engineering and business administration and King Abdullah Institute for Nano Technology. In a speech on the occasion, Prince Miqrin highlighted support by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for education. He later held a press meeting in which he talked in detail about the agreement and contract. On citizens' response to the internet site of the General Intelligence, Prince Miqrin said that three cases were solved through the internet.
