Prince Miqren Bin Abdul Aziz, Chief of General Intelligence, on Saturday signed an agreement with King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consultative Studies at King Saud University for financing a chair in information security technology in his name. The agreement also stipulates that the institute will conduct research studies for the development of intelligence in areas of basic studies, engineering, information technology, architecture, urban planning, administration and politics. Dr. Khaled Bin Muhammad Al-Anqari, Minister of Higher Education, said the agreement comes within the directives of the Kingdom's leadership to widen the participation of Saudi professional institutions in the service of the community besides boosting their strategic partnership, particularly in the area of economic knowledge.
