The exhibition of the world's best universities according to The Times Q/ S for Higher Education and world universities classification for 2008 was opened at the Science Museum in London today. Saudi Arabia's King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM)was selected among the best 400 out of 30000 universities of the world, qualifying it to take part in the event. The Director of Research and Innovation Support Department Dr. Khattab bin Ghalib Al-Hinai, who is also Secretary General of the International Advisory Board of KFUPM, described the participation of the only Arab educational institution in the exhibition as distinct by all standards and is of special interest to organizers, other participating universities and visitors of the exhibition.
