Presided over by its Chairman Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Asheikh, the Shoura Council held here today its sixth ordinary session. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Council's Secretary General Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Ghamdi said that the Council held further discussions on the domestic workers draft proposed yesterday by the Committee for Management and Human Resources. He also added that the domestic workers draft aims to coordinating the relation between workers and business owners. Dr. Al Ghamdi also said that the Committee made a few amendments regarding the draft adding that the council requested that it be postponed for further consideration in preparation for submitting it to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. He also added that the Council approved by majority vote the two annual reports of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources for the fiscal years 1425/1426H and 1426/1427H. The Council will hold further discussions of the reports during its next session.
