Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the British Royal National College for the Blind. The MoU includes the exchange of experience and the provision of specialized consultancy. It also includes the provision of appropriate programs for the blind to develop their skills.
