Governor of Asir Region launches World Forum for Voluntary Work

Under the auspices of Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz Governor of Asir Region, the World Forum for Voluntary Work kicks off in Abha.
Addressing the occasion, Prince Khalid expressed his hope that "the forum will be a huge step forward in voluntary work in the Kingdom".
Princess Al Bandari bint Abdullrahman Al Faisal Director of King Khalid Charity Corporation said that "this forum will contribute to the exchange of expertise between non-profit charity societies and corporation in the Kingdom in particular and the whole region in general".
The forum, which runs during the period from April 13-15, also aims to enhance social responsibility and development. It also aims at forming partnerships among charity and voluntary work corporations in the Kingdom and the region as well as raising public voluntary awareness.
