The fourth ordinary session of the first year of the fifth cycle of the Shoura [Consultative] Council was held here today under the chairmanship of the Council's Deputy Chairman Dr. Bandar bin Mohamed Hamza Hajjar. During the session, the council resumed its discussion of the annual report of the Ministry of Civil Service for the year 1427/1428H submitted by the committee of administration, Human Resources and Petitions. The Secretary General of the Shoura Council Dr. Mohamed bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi stated after the meeting that the council completed its deliberations of the report submitted in a previous session by the committee of administration, Human Resources and Petitions on the annual report of the Ministry of Civil Service for the year 1427/1428H, pointing out that after discussion of the report's contents, the committee requested a chance to review the raised opinions and remarks to present its views in a coming session. The Council resumed its deliberations of the two annual reports of the Ministry of Hajj [pilgrimage] for the two fiscal years 1426/1427H and 1427/1428H submitted by the committee of water, utilities and public services. After deliberations, the committee requested a chance to review the raised comments to present its views in a coming session Then, the council listened to a report submitted by the Committee of Islamic and Judicial Affairs and Human Rights on the annual report of the Court of Grievances for the fiscal year1426/1427H. The report was read by the committee chairman Azeb bin Saeed Al Mesbel. The report was introduced for discussion. After the discussion of the report, the committee requested a chance to review the raised comments to present its views in a coming session. The council also discussed a report presented from the committee water, utilities and public services read by the committee chairman Mohamed bin Abdullah Al-Guwaihes on the two annual reports of the irrigation and sanitary drainage commission in Al-Ihasa for the two fiscal years 1426/1427H and 1427/1428H. After deliberations the council approved a request by the committee of water, utilities and public services for a chance to review the raised remarks and opinions on the two reports and then present its views in a coming session.
