Presided over by its Vice Chairman Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Hajjar, the Shoura Council held its third ordinary session. At the outset of the session, the Council completed discussion of the recommendations submitted by its member Eng. Salem Al Mari regarding the rail track system. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Secretary General of the Council Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Ghamdi said that the Council approved _by majority vote_ the aforementioned recommendations. He also added that the Council decided to hold further discussions of the recommendations requiring owners of factories and landlords to provide necessary insurance cover for their properties as well as recommendations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs annual report for the fiscal year 1427/1428H. The Council will also hold further discussions of the Ministry of Hajj annual reports for the fiscal years 1426/1427H and 1427/1428H.
