Muammar as deputy education minister at the rank of minister, and to relieve Prince Dr Khalid bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Meqrin al-Mishari al-Saud, the deputy minister of education for girls affairs at his own request. Noora bint Abdullah bin Musaed al-Fayez to be appointed as deputy minister of education for girls affairs at the excellent rank.
Dr Saeed bin Mohammed al-Mileis, the deputy minister of education for boys affairs to be relieved at his own request, and Dr Khalid bin Abdullah bin Ibrahim al-Sabti to be appointed as deputy minister of education for boys affairs at the excellent rank.
