Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, honored here last night representatives of the international humanitarian organizations which had positively contributed to supporting the humanitarian efforts in Gaza during the Israeli aggression on the strip. The organizations included the United Nations, UNICEF, WHO, the International Committee for the Red Crescent and Cross. Prince Faisal had earlier reviewed with the representatives of the international organizations aspects of joint cooperation in addition to unification of the efforts for extending assistance to the Palestinians in Gaza. Speaking on the occasion, Prince Faisal underlined the importance of coordination in the relief and disasters operations and jointly working to set up a coordination plan. Prince Faisal lauded the role played by UNRWA reprehensive John King who was supervising the process of the humanitarian assistance in Gaza strip. On the either hand, UN's coordinator in the K0ingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr Riyad al-Ahmad said the UN will review next week the humanitarian work plan in Gaza strip with Prince Faisal and the representatives of the international humanitarian organizations.
