The Shoura Council held here today its ordinary 66th session under the chairmanship of its vice chairman Dr. Bandar bin Mohammad Hamzah Alhajjar. During the session, the council approved a recommendation on the difference of opinion between the Council of Ministers and the Shoura Council on draft procedures of concluding international agreements. The difference of opinion between the Council of Ministers and the Shoura Council is mainly confined to three words and terms contained in the first and third articles of the original draft regulation. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, Secretary General of the Shoura Council Dr. Mohammad bin Abdullah Alghamdi said that during today's session, the council also approved a draft agreement between the governments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Greece on tax duplication avoidance and tax evasion prevention concerning taxes on income and capital and the draft protocol accompanying it. The council also approved the draft Protocol on the Preferential Tariff Scheme for the Trade Preferential System Among the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Conference, Dr. Alghamdi.
