JIREX concludes activities

Jeddah International Real Estate & Housing Exhibition 2009 ( JIREX) has recently concluded its activities. GIREX was organized by AL-Jeel Group for Conferences and Exhibitions under supervision of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jeddah Governorate and Saudi Umran (Urbanization) Society at Jeddah Conference Center.
The number of visitors reached 300,000, while the volume of deals that took place surged 10 billion riyals.
The real estate experts reiterated the success of the exhibition though it was held during the global crisis sweeping the world, saying the Saudi real estate market has not been much affected by the world crises.
