Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud discussed here this evening with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan the ongoing brutal Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip leading to hundreds of deaths and thousands of injured and the destruction of various infrastructure and facilities. During the audience, they discussed the Arab, Islamic and international efforts exerted to compel Israel to cease its aggression against the Palestinian people and work to achieve a lasting and comprehensive peace in the region in accordance with the international legitimacy's resolutions and the Arab peace initiative as well as to prepare the normal conditions for achieving Palestinian unity. The discussions also dealt with prospects of cooperation between the two sisterly countries and ways of enhancing it in all fields to serve their common interests. The audience was attended by Prince Misha'al bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of Allegiance-Pledge Commission, Prince Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, Prince Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Interior Minister, and Prince Saud Al Faisal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. It was also attended by members of the Turkish premier's accompanying delegation and other senior officials.
