King receives Turkish premier, president; joint declaration signed; meeting held

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received here today Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
During the audience, they discussed events and developments at the Islamic and international arenas especially the Palestinian cause and the peace process in the Middle East, the situation in Lebanon and Iraq and Saudi-Turkish cooperation and relations.
The audience was attended by Prince Saud Alfaisal, the Foreign Minister, Prince Miqrin bin Abdulaziz, Chief of General Intelligence, and other officials.
Then, the King and the Turkish premier held a closed-door bilateral meeting.
Afterwards, the king received Turkish President Abdullah Gul with the Turkish premier attending.
