Musa, the Supreme Council of the Gulf countries reiterated its firm previous position, rejecting the status quo on the issue and calling on Iran to recognize UAE's sovereignty on them as integral parts of the Emirates, repatriate them peacefully through negotiations or accept an international justice tribunal's rule. The Council also reiterated the call for making the Middle East region, including the Gulf region, free of nuclear weapons and all kinds of mass destruction weapons, acknowledging the right of each country in the region to possess nuclear technology for peaceful usage within relevant international conventions. --More
