THE COUNCIL MEMBER STATES EXPRESSED CONCERN OF THE POTENTIALITY OF ANY ACCIDENT THAT WOULD SPARK NUCLEAR LEAK LIKELY TO CAUSE AN IMMENSE ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER IN THE GULF REGION.
