The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has reiterated its keenness on the development of education at all stages and specializations. These remarks were made in a speech delivered by Prince Dr Khalid bin Abdullah bin Mishari al-Saud, the Deputy Minister of education for girls education at the 48th session of the international conference on education in Geneva yesterday. He described the project of King Abdullah for the development of general education as one of the most important projects for the development of education. He noted that the Saudi officials are keen on spreading education throughout the country. "Thanks to Allah Almighty, the Kingdom has successfully reduced the rate of illiteracy among males and females, " he said. --MORE
