Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques calls for performing Istiska Prayers

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has called for performing Istiska (rain-seeking) prayers throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, November 26, 2008, the Royal Court said in a statement issued today.
It noted that it was the tradition of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), to perform Istiska Prayers at the time of rainfall delay, urging every one to repent and do good deeds.
