The First Saudi Airlifted assistance arrived today at Arrayan International Airport here. The Saudi relief consignment was received by Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Ali Al-Hamdan and a number of officials. Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Al-Hamdan said that this cargo plane is the first of the Saudi air bridge that has been formed to help the victims of floods and torrential rains, which affected many cities and villages in the Hadramout, carrying about 88 tons, including foodstuff, tents, medical supplies and blankets. He emphasized that this relief assistance is prompted by the humanitarian duty of the Government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of Yemeni brothers.
