Thirty nine persons have been killed and 283 injured in the traffic accidents Yemeni provinces have witnessed during the period September 8-14, Saba reported. The first week of Ramadan (also coincided the early week of September) alone has recorded 50 death cases of people of different ages because of traffic accidents and injuring 427 others, bringing to 749, 89 the number of victims of traffic accidents. State sources clarified that the traffic accidents have been distributed between car accidents, killing infantries and vehicles' turnover. Traffic department attributed reasons of these accidents to carelessness, increasing speed and wrong passing over. Last Sunday traffic accidents resulted in killing 8 persons and injuring 79 others.
