The Secretary General of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Atiyyah commended the consecutive meetings and brotherly visits paid between the GCC leaders resulted in supporting and enhancing the march of the Gulf joint action, highlighting in this regard the meeting held in Jeddah yesterday between the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Qatar's Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. In a press statement, he said the visit of the Qatari Emir to Saudi Arabia came as culmination of brotherly relations and historical ties between the two brotherly peoples and came within the framework of continuous consultations and communications between the wise leaderships of the two countries. Al-Atiyyah valued the great support provided for the GCC good march by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and GCC leaders.
