Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Atiyyah, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), today lauded the outcome of the Saudi-Qatari summit held in Riyadh yesterday between the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar. In a statement, Al-Atiyyah said this important visit of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani crowns the fraternal relations and the deep-rooted ties binding the two countries and peoples and comes as part of the continuing consultations between the two leaderships in the two countries within the enhancement of bilateral cooperation in all fields and the support for regional and international issues, topped by the Palestinian cause. Al-Atiyyah also lauded the unlimited support of the GCC leaders for the GCC march in the interest of the region"s peoples and countries. --SPA
