A hundred builders from North Ossetia arrive in South Ossetia this Saturday to participate in the reconstruction, Itar-Tass reported. For the reconstruction of Tskhinval, the city must be filled with builders, Russian Emergencies Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a telephone conference on Friday. According to him, 5,000 builders are needed to concentrate them at all the sites. Three teams from the Vladikavkaz city water supply company are already working in South Ossetia. They have repaired 40 damaged places of the water pipeline, and the normal pressure in the system has been restored. Water supply will be resumed in the city soon. A hundred energy workers will arrive from Dagestan and Stavropol. They will repair supports at the Dzhava-Tskhinval section and the transformer substation Tskhinval-1, which supplied electric power to the entire city. One more convoy is sent to the republic to deliver 90 tonnes of food products and more than 100 tonnes of building materials -- glass, slate and cement.
