Almost 599 tonnes of humanitarian cargoes have been delivered to Tskhinval, Itar-Tass learnt at the federal operational headquarters for liquidating the effects of the armed conflict on the territory of South Ossetia. Humanitarian aid for South Ossetian residents is being sent continuously. A convoy of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies with humanitarian cargoes leaves North Ossetia for Tskhinval every day. “The sixth convoy with aid left for the South Ossetian capital at 08.00 Moscow time today. It will deliver 341.5 tonnes of different cargoes - foodstuffs and building materials,” a representative of the headquarters said.
