Seventy-four Russian servicemen were killed and another 171 were wounded in the zone of the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict, and 19 servicemen are missing, Itar-Tass quoted deputy chief of the General Staff of the Russian armed forces Anatoly Nogovitsyn as saying in a news briefing on Wednesday.
