UAE envoy review ties with Islamic Councils of Australia

The Charge D'Affairs at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, Hamad Hareb Al-Habsi, met here Tuesday the Secretary General of the Islamic Councils of Australia, Mohammed Barjawi.
They discussed ways to implement the kind gesture of UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan - the "Iftar" programme - during the holy month of Ramadan. The programme is being implemented for the second consecutive year in Australia by the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation.
They also discussed cooperation in a number of humanitarian and charity areas, according to a report of UAE's news agency "WAM".
