Governor of Makkah Region to wash the Holy Kaaba

On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Makkah Region, will grace the washing ceremony of the Holy Kaaba on Saturday (02/08/2008).
The ceremony will be attend by President General of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Husayyn, Vice President General of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque Sheikh Dr. Mohammad bin Nasser Al-Khuzaim, members of the diplomatic corps of Arab and Islamic countries accredited to the Kingdom, a number of Islamic scholars (Ulema) and ministers and a group of citizens.
The Governor of Makkah Region will wash the interior of the Holy Kaaba with 'Zamzam' water mixed with rose water.
