Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the President of the Supreme Economic Council, has approved an executive program for the privatization of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC). A Royal approval has also been issued for the executive program for the privatization of stations of treatment of sewerage water. This was announced, in a statement to Saudi Press Agency, by Minister of Water and Electricity Eng. Abdullah Al-Hussein. He noted that this development comes within the framework of the King's keenness on developing SWCC's plans and programs. He pointed out that this development constitutes a major turning point in attracting investment in the field of water and electricity projects.
