The U.S. Patent Center has recently granted a new patent for King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals for the modern theory of security in the area of digital information conducted by Computer Engineering Professor Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim. The university has so far got more than 29 patents in various fields, some of them will soon be announced, and there are a number of research projects under study, officials said.
