A police official says a large passenger bus has collided head-on with another minibus in a southern coastal district in Bangladesh, leaving at least nine people dead and 20 others injured. Local police chief Bonoj Kumar Majumder said the accident Occurred Sunday in Cox's Bazar district. The area is 185 miles (300 kilometers) south of the capital, Dhaka. He said seven people died at the scene while two others died at a nearby hospital.
