Fifteen people were injured in an explosion near a dormitory in southeastern Moscow, a law-enforcement officer told Itar-Tass. All the victims were rushed to hospital. The incident occurred near house 1 in Podyomnaya Street, where a dormitory of an automated lines plant is located. "An unidentified explosive device went off; its yield and composition are being ascertained," the police officer underlined. Police sealed off the area. A team of detectives is working at the scene. Specialists are ascertaining the yield and type of the explosive device that went off near a dormitory in southeastern Moscow. "They're collecting fragments of the bomb which will be sent for expert examinations. Only after a careful examination will it be possible to tell what caused the blast," a law-enforcement officer underlined to Itar-Tass. A grenade explosion is not ruled out.
