Undersecretary of Ministry of Culture and Information for International Cultural Relations, Dr Abu Bakr Bakqader inaugurated here on Wednesday the cartoon fair held on the sidelines of Saudi Cultural Days in Azerbaijan. In his inaugural speech, he said that fair includes Saudi plastic arts focusing on social and humanitarian side, valuing the efforts exerted by Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan in organizing the activities of Saudi Cultural Days. He noted that there are common cultural programmes between Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan such as the production of films and personal exhibitions.
